Raymond Appraisal, P.A. is a second-generation, two-appraiser residential appraisal business located in Flagler County, Florida. Susan Raymond built the practice more than 35 years ago. Chad Raymond, her son, grew up working in the family practice, has appraised with the firm for the past decade, and is a retired Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force after more than 20 years of combined active duty and reserve service. The company previously operated as Wells & Raymond Appraisal Service and took its current name in 2016.
We are Florida natives and multi-generational Floridians. Flagler County is a small market with its own inventory and distinct buyer pools: the beachside, the western rural areas around Bunnell, and the heart of the county in Palm Coast, plus ongoing development and new construction in many of those areas. Living here and working here daily for more than three decades is how we know those segments in detail.
We pull residential market data from the listing systems used in this coverage area, including Stellar MLS and Flex MLS. Both Susan and Chad are members of the Flagler County Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Susan has also been a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors for nearly forty years.
