Second-generation Appraisal Firm

Raymond Appraisal, P.A. is a second-generation family residential appraisal firm based in Flagler County, Florida. Susan Raymond founded the practice more than 35 years ago and has over 40 years of experience in real estate appraisal work. Chad Raymond is her son. He grew up working in the appraisal business and works alongside her today. Chad is a retired United States Air Force veteran. He retired as a Chief Master Sergeant after 20 years of combined service on active duty and in the reserves.

Both are Florida natives and multi-generational Floridians with a working knowledge of this market that comes from living in it and working in it every day for decades.

We appraise houses, condominiums, townhomes, manufactured homes, and residential land. Lender work, private work, estate and probate, divorce, pre-listing, and builder consulting are all part of the same practice.
